I bought this as used with very good condition. The plastic template that shows the center point was not included. The hop was fine.

This product was missing the most important part. The two pegs that click into the machine. There was return button or contact button to report the issue. I was lucky enough to have another broken hoop where I could replace the metal piece with. Once that was done the product was exactly what I needed.

The description on Amazon said these would work for either of my Brother machines, but does not work on either. I did not notice the hook up difference until today when I went to use them instead of my other hoops. And now it is too late to return. I think the wrong ones were sent. The box does not list my machines even though the item description did. My bad for not looking closer when my order arrived. So now I have 3 extra sets of hoops for $25.

The small oval hoop lines up well on my Brother se400 HOWEVER it is not as stable as it should be once clicked in. There is way too much play in the hoop, at the two “bolts”connection installation connection, so when the design is being made it can be distorted. I asked for a replacement which was sent promptly, but it is the same. Because I MUST have a smaller hoop for a project I am working on, I must jam a small multi folded piece of paper into it to stabilize it each time.

Purchased this cute little embroidery ring to create initials - I’m tired of wasting so much interface. It arrived quickly (11/14/2022) and when I opened the bag I saw one of the two screws was missing. Really, this is strange. It’s sorta passive aggressive. Like, “here you can have what you want, but it’s not how you want it” (useable). So now I have to ask them to send me a low profile screw that’ll fit? Ugh.

Was looking for a larger one but this was all they had. It works fine just had to move it 4 times to make my embroidery.thank you

No complaints, excellent value, good quality. One hoop has a screw that has fallen out a few times, but once it is put back in then it is just like new. Would definitely purchase again if I needed more.

Bought this to do little projects on sleeves or pockets. Fits brother se600. Have not actually embroidered anything with it yet
