The tracks connect easily and the blue car works well. One of the wheels on the red car didn't spin and the other moved slowly, so that car didn't work so well. We contacted the company and sent a video. Within 24 hours we were able to submit the info they needed and they had a replacement on the way. They even reached out to confirm that we received it and that it worked. Rock star customer service! And now that both cars work, there's no reason to rate this product any lower.

All I know for sure is, my one year old grandson loves this track. I couldn’t wait to get my grandson a racetrack and some cars. I accidentally ordered a different track with cars that grip the center and after reading the reviews decided to order replacement cars to be sure everything is in working order for his birthday. Unfortunately I waited until the day before his birthday to open the boxes and saw the cool replacement cars that light up did not fit the track I got so I ordered this track and they delivered it the morning of his birthday at 8am and saved the day. Although this set includes small parts that may be hazardous, it is safe as long as you’re there playing it with him. I put the track together myself with ease. The other track was harder to snap the pieces together. I only used enough tiles to make a simple oval because my grandson is only a year old. The other track did not lay flat with just a simple oval and it also had a rough feel to it. I also felt that the other card could hurt his fingers where this track would not. My only complaint, which is not really even a complaint at all, is that there is a tiny on/off switch on the bottom of the cars and the extra replacements I ordered have push buttons on the top making it so much easier for me to see, but that’s really an “I’m old and blind thing” and in no way effects the integrity of this toy. With rechargeable batteries and the children sitting on the floor and not dropping the cars I see them having lots of fun. I highly recommend this set.

My 2 year old grandson loved this toy! Dad put the track together, but the cars were the perfect size for my grandson's small hands. He would place the cars one at a time on the track and to watch them chase each other. He loved the lights, and all ages enjoyed finding ways to make hills and tunnels for the tracks! Everyone especially loved the "hamster wheel" made by looping the track for the car to roll across the floor inside. Our grandson loved this gift over any of the others he received for his 2nd birthday!

Very fun and the cars move pretty well on the track (and off if you want). Kids loved pushing the ball around that comes in the packet. Easy to set up.

The grands love the glow in the dark part. The mad things is the cars don't last long and come apart easily when replacing batteries so that's the hang up.

This track and cars were a huge hit for our grandson’s fifth birthday. The little kids 2-5 big kids 7+ (even the adults) had a blast putting it together!!! I would highly recommend for ages 2-99!! Batteries for the cars did run out after about 6 hrs of play. Bonus is it glows in the dark!!!

I bought this for my grandson(3ys), he loves it! So much fun!! Easy for put together and take apart.
