Mounted an older model tuner in my truck and this made the cable routing clean and tidy instead of sticking out of the side. Now it runs straight down.

Overly bulky. Probably good and sturdy, but too big for my application.

UPDATED REVIEW:I ordered this for a Viofo Pro Duo, which uses a non-standard (read "proprietary") 10-pin Mini USB connector. This product, obviously, did NOT work being only 5 pins. In addition the connector from the dashcam is slightly larger than the Mini USB specification.If you require a right-angle connection for a Viofo Pro Duo, you need to buy the Viofo brand right angle <-> right angle cable ($13 from the Mfr; $16 on Amazon). There are no cheaper optionsAs for the review of the product itself, it does what it says and works beautifully. Seller was pleasant to work with.

I did not look closely enough at the connector before trying to use it.I plugged it into the rear facing camera for my dash cam and everything seemed okay. Until I unplugged it to do the final mounting of the cable. That's when I noticed that the connector had broken off in the cable.When I inspected the the other adapter I discovered why, the pin guide in the adapter is at such an extreme angle and made of brittle plastic that it broke when plugged in.See pics.Not only do I have to replace the cable but I get to spend another hour routing it through my vehicle.Would give negative stars if possible.

fit so snug, the middle piece broke off and ruined my run of cable. I now have to redo the work of running a usb from the front to the back of my car.

Horrible quality. I plugged this adapter into my dash cam ONCE. When I went to remove it from the dash cam, the metal part of the adapter separated and stayed in my dash cam's power port. Absolutely lousy.

I would have liked it to be thinner. I think this adapter is unnecessariy thick. Initially it did not fit but I could reduce the size with some sandpaper

..for connection in tight places.My dashcam regular cable was interfering with the camera alignment. This angle piece solved the problem!

work well the two where bought as I need to wire up a dash cam and fits really happy

not good in a tight space as quite thick, stopped working within 2 weeks of install, had to return

...but effective
