Great ergonomic handle.
Love the control I have using this spatula. I have lost some use in my hands and have trouble with the flat handle on my current spatula. The weight and shape of this one is great. And I got a wonderful price!

Cuisinart Nylon Fork
Great product for turning meat and other food products in non-stick skillets, pans or casserole dishes that you do not wish to scratch or gouge. I find it particularly useful in turning thick steaks, pork chops, thick chicken breasts and thighs.

The perfect bacon fork?
OK, nothing is perfect unless it comes with a free solid-gold pony. But short of that requirement, this may be the perfect bacon fork. So what makes the perfect bacon fork? First, flat tines. The tines need to slide effortlessly under the bacon without pushing it around. Bacon doesn't like to be pushed around. Second, no barbs on the tines. Seriously, what are those for? We're not harpooning the great white whale with this thing! If the fork slips through the bacon, you wind up flinging it around until you get the bacon to come off. It's messy, aggravating, and could lead to a serious eye injury...no barbs on the tines!!! Third, the handle needs to be flat. I bought another fork that was a major disappointment because the handle had a pronounced S shape to it. This caused me to have to hold my hand too high for comfort, causing me to raise my arm at the shoulder. It's easy to see how this could lead to a career-ending injury as the shoulder gives out after repeated abuse at the hands of an inferior fork. Fourth, a free solid-gold pony. OK, that's just not going to happen, so I'll have to give this one a rating of "nearly perfect" or "perfect sans solid-gold pony". My recommendation to you: buy this fork and cook copious amounts of bacon. Nothing so improves life except for the majestic awesomeness that is bacon...except a solid-gold pony, perhaps.

Feels solid in the hand.
Good to great value. Would buy again. Daughter told me to stop using plastic utensils that have been melted due to leaching chemical potential. This one flipper replaced three differents sized that had been melted.

Meat Fork
I am so glad I found this on Amazon! I had my previous one for decades and couldn’t find a replacement. I use this almost everyday to cook bacon. This protects my pans. It is very well made. So pleased with this purchase!

Hate one-trick-pony gadgets but love this skimmer
It may seem unreasonable to call this skimmer a one-trick-pony, but I do because I have two other strainer-spoon-skimmer utensils that do most jobs quite well for me.This one, however, I would not sell for $1000 (well, maybe for THAT much!) since it is the only one I've found that slips easily under a poached egg due to its beveled, slightly rounded edge that does not break the yolk if done carefully. Every other such skimmer I tried had such sharp or thick edges that it was "yolk go bye-bye" most of the time. Also, it has a wide enough skimmer-disk with well-spaced holes so that the egg drains easily with only a few gentle tilts of the handle. No more soggy toast because there's excess water on the skimmer or egg either one.The disk is solid and big enough overall to hold one large egg securely, too. And yet, it has just enough flex to enable wiggling it a bit to scoop up all the eggwhite and has a lightweight handle with enough bulk to grip it solidly.Terrific utensil if you enjoy real in-water poached eggs! You won't be sorry you bought this skimmer...and will probably find lots more uses for it than I have.
