Got these for an active friend with mild joint issues. He'd recently got a new pair of trainers he longed for.He said the shoes took away the joint issues but I reminded him it gotta be the collagen. He's grateful

Best collagen supplements I’ve ever taken. It’s surprisingly doing good for my previously dry hair.

Firstly, this brand rips off Solgar's branding. Solgar is a far superior brand and they're clearly trying to piggyback on this. Secondly, the tablets are HUGE and you have to take six of them at a time. It made me gag! I thought I was going to be sick. They're what I call horse tablets! I tried crushing them up - still made me gag. And in the end, they made me feel nauseous. Don't even get me started on the smell! Thirdly, they advertise that there are 100 tablets in each bottle. What you have to read in tiny print on the back you have to take 6 tablets to get the advertised dose of 6000mg (each tablet is only 1000mg). So, you basically only have 16 days' worth of tablets and will also have some leftover because it's not rounded up to the dosage of 6-a-day. My advice, save your money and buy from a reputable brand that doesn't try to trick you into thinking you're buying one hundred 6000mg tablets when you're actually buying one hundred 1000mg tablets. Or buy it and swallow the equivalent of a small, smelly horse every day!
