I am surprised how well this works. I wrap my big toe, and it is quite comfortable. In the evening when I remove my shoes, the 'cast' comes off keeping its form. I use the same cast the next day. My doctor did not want me to use the silicone cots because they do not breathe. Problem solved.

Attached a strip of wool to the inner heel of a pair of athletic shoes that my heels slipped up and down in. Attached with gorilla spray adhesive. So far it has stayed in place and saved my heel from blisters. It's January 14th and still working like new.

Upon my podiatrist's recommendation, I weave the lamb's wool between my toes to prevent rubbing and skin breakdown.
