American Zettler AZ2280-1A-12DF 12VDC 155 Ohm 30A SPST-NO Power Relay

This was for the water heater in my RV. The old one shorted out and melted. This one was the exact same as the old one and after putting new spade connectors on the wires, it fired right up.

Original water heater in our Crossroads Cruiser wasn't staying lit, and eventually quit working. In the panel to the right of our sink is the access point to the wiring of our 5th Wheel's 10 gallon water heater. This power relay was the problem, and it works perfectly now with simple instillation. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures.

I purchased this to replace a nearly identical unit that had a 24VDC coil so I can use 12VDC instead. No problems so far.

With a little study, realized that our issue with the electric side of our RV water heater was the relay switch and purchasing this product solved that problem. Heater worked immediately upon installation. Nice to have the parts available for DIY repairs. It is greatly appreciated.

Product was exactly as ordered and worked as expected.

This was the original drop in replacement for my 12 VDC controlled, 120 VAC electric hot water heater in my 2016 RV trailer. It is still made in China (not much isn't) but is at least the Zettler specified design.
