These are just made of cardboard so they are nothing too special but out of all I could find, this is a great price for that many hats. They were easy to put together and the kids in daycare had a lot of fun!

These were purchased for preschool pirate day. These hats with the elastic string in back held up so much better than the paper connection kind we used last year.
