I mainly went for Prowise Rosehip 5000mg because of its high strength & value for money. After through research I found out Rosehip is a herbal medication with anti-inflammatory properties. Having suffered with knee problems for years I thought I'd give these a go! Have been taking them for around 3 weeks (3 a day at the moment but am going to drop that down after the first month) and can honestly say that there is a definite improvement in my overall joint pain. I have just started a new job where I am on my feet, bending and kneeling all day and my knees are fine. Personally for me I think this supplement is working!

Unable to say anything about pain relief needs longer to be able to say, I have however cut down the intake of pain relief tablets so the outlook is promising.
