Great taste. It's fairly hot, I add chilli flakes if I want it even hotter.
Worked well on the hob and in the slow cooker, also as a marinade.

I am allergic to all fish and seafood products so struggle to buy Thai products, we love this paste and use it (generally with coconut milk) to make wonderful soups and currys

Terrible.
This product is not flavoursome. One needs to use 4 times as much of this curry paste as Mae Ploy Thai Red curry paste.

Good flavour but...
We bought this brand as it is vegan and the flavour is quite good, we make a lot of curries so I thought the big 1kg tube will come in handy. We used it once and put it in the fridge and it got mouldy in a few days. I have now purchased their yellow curry paste in small jars which is so much more flavourful and hasn't gone mouldy yet lol
