I got into baking sourdough almost 2 years ago. I had seen these cool silicone bread slings on a popular sourdough account but they were sorta expensive for only 1 sling. Since I wasn't sure if I'd stick with sourdough baking, I found this product instead. More affordable and came with 2 in case you are baking 2 loaves at once. It basically replaces the parchment paper that a lot of bakers use. They absolutely work and make it really easy to lift your bread in/out of the piping hot dutch oven (still wear gloves though, the silicone gets hot!). I accidentally cut mine with a bread lame and it still works perfectly with no issues. Really easy to store and clean.

Bought these to use while making sourdough. They are a great size to fit in a standard Dutch oven. They are easy to clean. Works much better than parchment paper. Well worth the cost and functionality of being reusable.
