Great product for increased battery life on my computer. Would purchase again

Frustrating experience — battery sold as 72 Wh, but the reported design capacity is only 64 Wh. On top of that, the battery only charges up to 57.72 Wh. I returned it and received a replacement, but the second battery had the same issue.

So far it's lasted me almost a year, pretty good for a 3rd party battery.Also, I like the thicker design of it over the stock battery since it elevates the back of the case a little and lets more airflow underneath.

If you want a battery for older Thinkpads this thing works the problem is with the capacity! The designed watt hour and the full charged watt hour is different , means a lot of things but likely this battery is aged or it’s a recycled one so it’s a used one technically speaking , one unit I got says 71 watt hour by design but I got a 56.72 watt hour when full! So this battery is technically speaking a dying one!To make things short save your money and buy original if you can get one , other wise use Anker power banks externally if you want mobility like I do!At least you get a use of the power banks energy wise than buying a dead reused batteries!!Don’t get ripped off!

When I received the battery, someone wrote on the packaging: "BAD BATTERY (Dies When Unplugged)." Upon installation, the battery displayed a 40% charge, but the laptop powered off as soon as I unplugged it. Additionally, Lenovo Vantage indicated that the battery had issues and would not charge. I am returning this immediately.

Was able to install battery although it was a bit tight since the casing is new. Fully charged and shows full capacity as listed. Let’s see how it fares after a month.
