This is my second time trying these... I wasn't consistent enough with them but they definitely make you nauseated. I'm hoping consistency will help me make better choices. I'll update in a month or so

I appreciate that the gummy‘s are not extremely sweet. Benefits, I’ve noticed that they do work well. I noticed that I don’t get the sugar crash anymore. The direction say take to two a day, but it doesn’t specify when. I would take them when you know you’re going to eat pretty soon. I notice when I take my vitamins and this supplement in the morning and for some reason, I’m not eating right away and I don’t eat for a good amount of hours. It almost feels like my sugar goes too low and then I get lethargic and almost need a nap. Almost through my first bottle.

I emailed the company using an email address listed on their website but the email bounced back as invalid. A company that does not have a valid way for consumers to get in touch with them seems untrustworthy. Was the email address fake in the first place, intended to deceive consumers? or can the company not manage their email servers? or is the website so out-of-date that their email addresses have changed but not their website? Whatever the reason, if they can't keep their house in order, how can we trust that their manufacturing is in order or their product labels are accurate?Also, the taste is kinda gross I'm not usually picky about that, but this one is particularly not great.update - I have used these for about 2 months. There is a noticeable difference between these and a reputable brand (capsules, not gummies). These are ineffective but the brand that begins Th and sounds like the sharp points on a rose has a noticeable effect (just a lot more expensive).don't waste your money on these
