This is the Zombie Apocalypse watch!!!
The media could not be loaded. What can I say, this watch is super tactical and very amazing. Yes the price is high but you get what you pay for! If you already have an Epix Pro (51m) you may want to pass on this as they both do close to the same. This Tactix 7 Amoled does add Aviation Mode, Night Vision and has a few more added tactical features. Plus this has a green flashlight instead of red. I will say that the Bezel does look nicer on the Tactix 7 Amoled. Let's just say that of you can afford this and are debating getting it, you will not be disappointed! I also have the the Garmin Titanium Vented Band on mine which looks great!

The outstanding Garmin Tactix 7
I purchased this watch because I have been spending more time doing outdoor activities and wanted a back up for safety the gps, compass and the additional multitude of features this watch provides. Initially I was going to only use it when I was doing outdoor activities such as hiking because I like my Apple Watch. However, I found that I like my Gaming Tactix 7 enough that I have been using it exclusively since I got it. I use it for hiking to keep track of my heart rate, distance and other information. I probably will never need the tactical features of this watch but having them available just appeals to me. The battery life of this watch is great. The apps that can be installed are great and allow customization for activity’s I like. If I had one complaint, it would be that some of menus are not exactly easy to use at least not for me. However, as I need to use something I just keep looking for it and eventually I find it. There is a learning curve for sure. Having said that, I have used garmin products for decades and they are great. The peace of mind the gps features provide alone make the price of this watch worth it. I mark my car or trailhead as a waypoint and I know I can always find my way back with out any drama.
