Inhale lung exercise. I’ve been using this for a few weeks because I’ve been sick and I need something to clear out my lungs so I’ve been using this lung exercise. It’s very easy to use so I’m finally able to breathe and cough without feeling like I’m hacking up a lung it’s got a great design. It is well worth the money is very lightweight so you can hold it in one of your hands so if you’re looking for something to expand your lungs and clear all the mucus out of it this is a must have this great for somebody that has asthma. Highly recommended.

I was kind of excited to give this thing a try because I've always struggled with shallow breaths, especially when I've been working out. I wanted something to help me build better lung capacity and this neat little device caught my eye.It is simple - but effective all at the same time. And it's really easy to use. The flow rate indicator shows me exactly how steady my breathing is so I can try to breath evenly. I try to keep the marker in the middle, and that forces me to slow down and focus on my breathing. The scale indicator also helps me track my progress, and seeing those small improvements keeps me motivated.I do think that it is helping me control my breathing and look forward to long term results.

This device is pretty good and nicely designed to strengthen your lungs by breathing. Its light weight and compact and easy to use. The scale indicator really helps to check the effectiveness of the breath. Its easy to clean and sterilize. Overall a great device for its design and decent cost and totally recommend.

The Spirometer Lung Exerciser is an amazing device for helping strengthen your lungs. I got it after a bad cold; it was recommended to me, along with several other products, since a lot of phlegm had accumulated in my lungs. There were no complications, but I did have a bad cough and mucus. Another product helped with the mucus, and this helped me strengthen my lungs because I felt them very weak afterward.The device is lightweight and easy to use; its ergonomic design is very helpful.

I couldn’t get it to work for me

I had fewer expectations from this but have a good impression of this product. Well built product and works great for lung exercise.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Works great as a lung exercise- Easy to use- Very small in size and portable if you want to take it anywhere with you- Seems very durable- Reasonably pricedCons:- None for now

I suffer from poor lung function and my dr recommended lung exercises. With this device im able to easy pack and carry with me to work or vacation. It's so easy and convenient to use. After using for a week I can feel the difference in my lungs.
