For as long as I can remember I’ve always struggled to sleep. Laying awake until 1/2/3am every single night, it’s the most frustrating feeling in the world. These have helped me so much I could cry with happiness. I usually take them about 30-60 minutes before I plan on sleeping and now I can fall asleep so quickly and easily. I’ve also found that not only do they help me fall asleep, I have been falling into a lot deeper sleep so I haven’t been waking as much in the night. In addition to this, you don’t feel drowsy in the morning after taking these which I often found I did with sleeping tablets. They also have the added bonus that they taste pretty good too! Just like sweet, strawberry jellies.I highly recommend if you struggle with falling to sleep. They’ve changed my life!

They did not work at all and even tried sleep patch and a gummy and it didn’t work

I often have better sleep after taking one before bed. Feel as if i sleep more deeply.

It says take one at night, but I found that either one and a half or two works better.

I don’t feel the effect of it been using this for more than one month now.

Has sugar in it lol? So you start nodding off but the fact there’s sugar in your system really doesnt help! certainly makes me feel a tad drowsy but other than that the sugar kicks in and prevents drifting off
