I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Magic Salmon Seasoning, it's the PERFECT blend of 8 spices, the only thing I use on my pan seared salmon. The magic is the blend of spices, sugar, salt, spices ( secret spices ), onion, garlic, yellow mustard seed and paprika. The umami, pleasant savory taste of this salmon seasoning, can't be beat, it's the BEST E-V-E-R !! The exact amount of each spice used is the real MAGIC, and I can't live without having this for my salmon, at least twice a week. I ordered 6 of the 7oz containers because I couldn't find it, in my local grocery stores. IMHO this is the best seasoning ever made for salmon, when the sugars and salt and other spices, brown & sear in a simple pan with olive oil, it's the most SCRUMPTIOUS taste/flavor, love it!! I have been using CPMSS for many, many years and PRAY that I can still get it for many more years to come. I would CRY literally, if I couldn't find it anymore. Chef Paul also makes a great chicken seasoning, I also use ;-) so GOOD!!!!!

Great salmon toping. Used it OVER & over. Best on the market. Gives salmon a special; flavor but does not take the salmon tase away.

LOVE this seasoning. We use it on most fish, not just salmon. It’s also yummy when mixed with other seasoning (like when we do a southwest style fish and sides). This fish seasoning is a must-have in any kitchen where fish is cooked. Highly recommend!

I’m giving a 4 star only because the container this comes in is terrible. I purchased some containers and put the seasoning in it. I love the flavor not only on salmon but it’s great on burgers too. Also makes a fantastic vegetable dip in sour cream. Excellent product!

Good seasoning I use on both sides of the salmon along with raspberry chipolte sauce.Try it you'll like it.
