Energy level 0% due to Celica gel no humidity problem. Product is not good at all, taste is ok but no effect. First day morning i tried (full scoop)with 3 dates no effect, second time I tried empty stomach same no effect, Third day empty stomach 2 full scoop I can't do 10 rep . My first time pre workout so I don't know how it works. Am happy I buyed 15 serving pack it will finish soon. Then i can buy real product.

I am beginner to gym . I take half scoop and before 25 min workout. It gives gradually increase my strength about 45-65 mins . Taste is so good

It's a combination of Creatine and Citrulline..In my opinion,it's one of the best combination..the taste is very good..it's authentic and quality product from MB..the con I have noticed is it's mixability..I need to shake/mix it well for minimum 20 seconds to mix well in the water.. otherwise I have noticed few granules of the powder at the bottom..
