Nice bike a lot of power easy to assemble I ride it to get out of the house gives me peace of mind

I bought this bike about a week and a half ago. Honestly, I was worried about purchasing it because I only saw nine reviews for it on Amazon, they were all 5 stars, and all posted the same day. Seemed a little sketchy to me. I fully expected to get a different product than I ordered.To my surprise, not only did it show up a week early, it also was exactly as pictured. It had all the parts needed for assembly and 75% of it was already put together (though, I did make sure all bolts were tightened before riding.. there were two that were loose).The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because a few of the parts are plastic and kind of flimsy, like the mud guards and the light. The light isn't really high powered, but really, I can upgrade all of those parts myself, so not a huge deal.Riding it for the first time was surprising. That thing has some power! Even on the first setting for pedal assist. I got it up to 28 mph pretty quickly but backed off there. I didn't want to max it out right away.I bought a kids seat for the back of it (which took some alteration of the holes to get it to fit, but ended up working out great). I also purchased some side view mirrors, a phone holder, some motorcycle storage bags, and a break light with turn signals and an alarm, even though it comes with break lights.All in all, great bike so far! Absolutely worth the price. Is compatible with a lot of motorcycle accessories. Smooth ride and has good torque. Powerful. Really, this bike deserves 4.5 stars.

This bike is a deal for a reason, poorly put together. It comes with no owners manual, or specifications. The product comes with a vague assembly guide and the customer service from Vowsway is terrible. I was able to recieve a battery after the one with the bike was faulty, they were good, at least with that part. From then on it has been down hill. Other issues arose, and they gave me the run around. Specificly the brake pads, for example. XOD XD 300 brakes, no online owners manual, and no one sent from the third party because it does not exist. How is that possible? The 2 of the 4 brake pads were not even XOD brand pads, to save money they gave me 2 generic black unknown pads, which caused damage to the bike brake rotor discs. I had to Google photo all the parts to get specifications.I basically wrote my own owners manual.Since this was such a terrible experience, and I had to put in so much of my money, time, and effort into this bike, I agreed with amazon A to Z refund guarantee. This is since the seller is not being responsive in a reasonable time and does not even have what I had requested. So if anyone needs a copy of the manual, I have a copy...lol 😅I just wanna say thank you to amazon and your customer service agents, as a company for standing by their customers. 💯 percent. So I'm updating from 1 star to a 3. The bike looks good and rode pretty good on my first ride. All on all the bike is great but I only give them 3 stats because the tools they sent do not fit and instructions are non existing. You get a book telling you what the parts are but assembly and learning how to work the controls or anything else you are on your own. Also the displays are in metric and will not switch to standard or if they do I don't know about it because again no instructions. Also communicating with customer service could be a LOT better. So good, fun, fast bike but if your not already familiar with Ebikes be prepared for some head scratching and aggravation.

For the price of this bike I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I’m new to the e-bike life and this is my first one so from that POV my real opinion is I love it!! The range is awesome, the power is enough for me I’m 6’1 185 and this thing moves me along no problem. It’s almost therapeutic riding around on this. If you are thinking about getting a e-bike do it you will not regret it.

Love this thing, been out the last two days riding it around all in all a great bike few small issues of scratched paint and my front fork was a smidge bent but only a tiny bit. If the seller sees this I really would love for a second battery and where to purchase it and I’ll change my review to a 5 star. Other then that I would highly recommend this.

This e-bike CRUSHED my local hiking trail! The 1500W motor ate up 30-degree slopes like nothing. Wide tires kept me stable on loose gravel. Only downside: battery drains faster uphill. Still, 50+ miles on a charge is insane for the price. 10/10 for adrenaline junkies!

Bought this for my 16-year-old. He love the retro motorcycle style! The hydraulic brakes make me feel safer, and the waterproof battery survived a rainstorm. Assembly took about 40 mins – way easier than IKEA furniture! Added bonus: free middle basket for his soccer gear.
