After 5 months of use, the screen protector cracked when the phone was dropped on the edge of my nightstand. It protected the screen as it was supposed to. I had registered this with ZAGG and the warranty process is easy once you create an account with them and register the product. A quick click and they are sending a new replacement screen protector. I only had to pay $10 shipping which is reasonable.

I have been using Zagg products for years. Never had a problem. Not once, not ever. Zagg products are absolutely excellent. The best aspect of their screen protectors is the ease of installation. It is virtually impossible to mess up. I saw some 1-star reviews on here with people complaining about the installation. I suppose it’s possible that there was a problem at the factory and that the materials were fabricated slightly imperfectly, resulting in an imperfect installation experience… HOWEVER - I think that any issue a user experiences with alignment and installation of the screen protector is due to USER ERROR. That’s right, if you’re complaining about the screen protector being maligned or some bs, it’s because YOU messed up putting it on. The ENTIRE REASON that Zagg is able to get away with charging $40-60 for a flimsy piece of “glass” is *because of* that piece of plastic that you use to guide the installation and achieve a perfect fit. AND WHAT’S MORE IS THAT ZAGG GUARANTEES A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND SO IF YOU F UP THE INSTALLATION JUST TELL ZAGG AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A NEW ONE. AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT. FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Now THAT is what I call quality customer service. They are so confident in the quality of their product that they are willing to dole out replacements to anyone and everyone who has any sort of problem with their product. What’s that? You dropped your phone onto the pavement and the screen protector cracked? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. What’s that? You didn’t clean the surface of your phone and there’s a bunch of lint stuck underneath resulting in bubbles? Well they’ll probably magically disappear in less than a day anyway, but if they don’t? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. All you have to do is pay for shipping.ALSO - these products are selling here on Amazon for 40-60% off their retail price. That is an absolute STEAL. Anyone who’s given a Zagg product less than a 4 star review is absolutely out of their mind. I have been using Zagg screen protectors since my iPhone 6+ in 2014. I ALWAYS get a Zagg screen protector. I get them for my devices and for my friends and family. What’s more is that the glass in the Zagg screen protector feels better to tap/scroll on than Apple’s fancy “Ceramic Shield” glass. It’s smoother and it just feels way more premium, which is crazy because you’d think that Apple’s flagship phones would be made to have top-of-the-line materials! I cannot overstate how much I respect and appreciate this company.Did you know that Zagg also makes phone cases? Gear4 is the case company and they are my FAVORITE cases!! I purchased 3 separate cases for my new iPhone 13 Pro. I purchased two of them for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. They are superb products. And I happily paid full price for those! The two S21 Ultra cases and screen protector I bought at a T-Mobile store (so full MSRP) and the 3 cases and screen protector for the iPhone 13 Pro I bought through Zagg’s website (with a 30% discount).In conclusion, my point is that these are THE best. Bar none. You can support Zagg directly or you can get the products here on Amazon from King Bezos. I understand the allure of the 50% discount Amazon is offering but what I don’t understand is someone who chose to buy the massively discounted version and then COMPLAINS about a product because of a mistake that THEY made. ESPECIALLY when Zagg has an extremely generous policy about sending out replacements. You used to have to send in the old damaged one, and now, to cut down on costs to the customer (paying for shipping back the defective one and the shipping out of the replacement), you just tell them what happened and they say “ok cool we’ll send out another one presently” no questions asked.Zagg.

Ok, this is a good screen protector BUT it is not worth the price compared to the numerous other, cheaper screen protectors. I might pay a 20% premium over the competition but this is 3x to 5x as expensive.The reason to buy it? It has a really nice placement system which keeps you from having bubbling problems, it’s a little more robust, and MOST IMPORTANTLY - it has a free replacement warranty! At least it claims to have a warranty.When you receive the product it gives you a QR code to scan and register your purchase and once you do, you’re golden, right? But then the protector cracks as they all do eventually and you want to take advantage of that warranty?Well then they send you an email telling you that your warranty was canceled. And then you try to find out why and they just need a proof of purchase (so, why not get that immediately when you register your warranty, when people might still have such a receipt readily available???). Then, if you buy on Amazon and pull up the order information and send that, suddenly a screen shot of that informs not enough.They want to run you around until you stop asking for you replacement.Sorry zag, there are plenty of screen protectors which sacrificially take the shock of a drop and crack rather than letting the screen itself break. And they cost far less than this product. Your only advantage was your warranty… but since that is a hoax, the product is just an overpriced gimmick.

The product is expensive but is easy to install, has some sort of blue light filter, and the warranty is phenomenal. This protector saved my phone’s screen after a drop, but the screen protector cracked. I took it to a Zagg store in a mall and it was replaced after paying a fee of $10.

The easy apply system they have (or whatever it’s called) is fantastic. Had a few small bubbles that worked themselves out after the first day so don’t stress

Installation was not nearly as easy as represented, starting with no alcohol wipe or rubber blade were included, despite $35 price of this shield. Luckily I had wipe on hand; used finger covered with fresh eyeglass cleaning cloth to press after install. Biggest problem was that plastic placement bracket did NOT prevent adhesive from making contact with screen, resulting in adhesive gripping before proper alignment. When I attempted to lift top cover sheet to correct placement, it separated from the shield itself, leaving shield mis-aligned with edges of phone screen. I decided to lift it and try again; after 2 very careful tries, I got shield satisfactorily lined up with edges of phone glass. A tiny bubble remains at edge of one corner, an hour later; hoping that resolves.Hoping I will ultimately like this shield, but for me the installation problems are a major negative, especially for a pricey shield.

This Screen Protector is hands down the best screen protector I’ve used for my iPhone 16 Pro! The tempered glass feels incredibly sturdy, and it’s reassuring to know it’s 11x stronger than regular glass. The installation was super easy, and it fits perfectly without any bubbles or misalignment.I’ve dropped my phone a few times already, and this screen protector has kept my screen safe and intact every time.
