I am very impressed with this product. My dog has been suffering with his anal glands, this 100% Pumpkin powder seems to have sorted the problem. I mix the recommended amount of powder into some mashed veggies, and my dog loves it. If you have a dog who has issues with this problem, I would recommend you, to give it a try.

Pumpkin has 6 times more soluble fibre than rice, is species appropriate for dogs (unlike rice, which is a grain) and works well to sooth a sensitive digestive system, i mix in a small amount of slippery elm bark extract which helps reset the dogs digestive rhythm so the benefits are more long lasting. Brilliant little Molly was off her food had test run at vets couldn’t find anything wrong with her noticed she was very solid when she went to the number 2’s . Been using this for over a week she is fussy and likes it and has resolved her number 2 troubles

Got this to help my dogs gastro issues when struggling to go, or going too much! It does seem to work amd is a competitive price with others on the market. I mix mine with water and add to their food but you could use with a lick mat or other chew toy etc.

Our dog has a very sensitive stomach and is on vet food only. We brought this to try and prevent more trips to the vets for anal gland issues and all the reviews appeared this may help. Unfortunately this was not the case for our Airedale Terrier, it acted as a laxative, despite only giving her half a teaspoon only with her breakfast for 2 days only, significantly less than the recommended amount. Nothing wrong with the product, just our super sensitive dog cannot tolerate this food. Really hoped she would get on with it, back to looking for something else now to help.

Nice amount in packet, easy to make up with water and mix into a paste. However I wish there was an advised amount to give for the weight of the dog on the packet, which there was not.
