This works for me. I had bad hot flashes at night before starting this and now I won’t say they are completely obsolete, but no sweat. I feel warm, throw cover off and lay still for about 5 minutes and it passes. Its definitely worth buying for me.

I like them, but big capsules
I’d give five stars but I haven’t had them for long. But I feel that they def work. They are very big pills tho so try to take your time when swallowing these supplements. I am taking them to help balance my hormones. I think I have PCOS. But I do know I for sure have hormonal imbalances and I feel that maca is helping and is great for this! I recommend to all. Maca is great for men as well.

i bought these along with another supplement to help what I thought was hormonal imbalance that was causing bleeding throughout the month. For the last 2 months i have not had anything other than my normal cycle and even it was more manageable. I plan to keep using these for sure. I also feel like I have overall better energy and mood

“No Relief from Hot Flashes – Won’t Buy Again”
Disappointed – Didn’t Work for MeThis was my second time trying this brand of maca root capsules, and unfortunately, it didn’t work for me at all. I was hoping it would help alleviate my hot flashes, but I noticed no improvement even after taking them consistently. Very disappointed with the lack of results. I won’t be purchasing this brand again.
