I was looking for an at home cheaper alternative to s $350 Brazilian blowout. My hair is naturally wavy which means dry and FRIZZY. If you invest the couple hours required it definitely works. I would recommend don't be stingy! Use the whole bottle to saturate the ends as well as the scalp for best results. Use a GOOD moisturizing shampoo/conditioner to make it even better (I use Joico moisture). Used about 6 weeks ago and still very happy! I will buy again

This product did not do anything but waste my time

I purchased this product approximately two months ago and applied it upon receipt in hopes it would do what was advertised and what was said in reviews. It is better than I had ever hoped! I have fine light colored (blonde/strawberry blonde) hair that has always had a natural wave to it. I had to flat iron it straight everyday, which would achieve good results, but humidity would be a killer. My straight hair would start to wave and become slightly frizzy. With this keratin treatment, the texture of my hair became so smooth and straight - it was perfect. Humidity - no problem. I went to the beach a week and a half after applying this treatment and my hair was perfectly straight and smooth with absolutely NO wave and frizz! A true miracle. I blow dry my hair after washing it every other day (with sulfate free shampoo & conditioner) and lightly run a flat iron through it, if needed. That is it. So easy! Application of the treatment was easy and there was no harsh fumes as I had read that there could be. Instructions are clear and the video link helped as well. The treatment has lasted about 6 to 8 weeks and I plan on reapplying it after I get my hair colored in a few days. The kit has enough treatment for two applications on my shoulder-length hair. If you are on the fence about trying this product - GET IT! I doubt at all you'll be disappointed. Remember too that this is a formaldehyde-free treatment! One huge reason that I chose this brand from Keratin Research. I am wondering where has keratin been my whole life and I am so glad I found it! :-) P.S. - I've also contacted their customer service twice with questions via e-mail and they've responded quickly with answers to my questions. This is a big plus!!
