It works, if installed in-line with joist
Like others said, it doesn’t span standard joist widths with the hole spacing (dumb design). But if you install in line with the joist, it works great. I added two additional lag screws and it’s very secure.

Incorrect spacing
If you're looking for a product to hit 16-inch-spaced ceiling joints, this is not the one. It's frustratingly only off by a half inch or so, but that's very unhelpful, as this is the sort of equipment where you'd need it to be precise. If you have a different setup or concrete, etc, go for it!I did appreciate that this product did come with installation hardware (i.e. bolts)

Hey!!!!!!! No really... read this and others!!! DOES NOT WORK!!!
The hole spacing makes no sense and doesn't work for American home construction that I know of. Most are 24" or maybe 16" if a special design. These lag bolt anchors would barely work on 16" because of the slightly shorter than 2" spacing of the holes, I still don't think there would be correct spacing to support it. But DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THE 24". You will not get the lag bolt in the center of the rafter timber (1-5/8" on edge) and this will drastically reduce the capacity of the lag bolt. You will likely then cause the lag bolt to fail suddenly with continued use and could cause serious harm when you fall. Get the Rogue hanger which says it is on 2" centers and then add clip angles to bolt thru the timber (flat side) and bolt to the hanger. That is the only way to ensure a fully mechanical connection that won't fail.

Great quality and price.
We bought this for our trx bands. I liked that my husband could use the same rack for his rings. We were looking at another name brand. These were the same quality for a much more reasonable price.Easy to install

Happy and Sad!
Let me start off by saying that it was well packaged. This thing is a beast. I weight 280lbs and feel completely safe doing the few ring exercises that I am capable of doing. I have tried ring dips and felt safe. However as one reviewer stated the holes aren't centered every 2 inches. I had hoped to set it up multi beams but instead had to install in on a single beam. Therefore if you are looking to set it up on multi beams, I wouldn't advise you not purchase this but maybe go with the more expensive brand. Otherwise, this is good product.

It works
It's a little tough to install if you're doing it alone because it's a heavy piece of steel. But it's doable. Once the lag bolts are in the stud it works fine. I've only done two workouts but so far so good.

Looks nice, but as other reviews say…
You can’t mount it to multiple studs. Seems like it would be an easy fix, but here we are. If you don’t have to mount to studs, it should work. Also, installation instructions are non-existent.
